My favourite thing to shop for, out of EVERYTHING there is to shop for, would absolutely have to be makeup. I love sitting in front of a mirror and trying different things out. Even walking past a Sephora gives me chills of happiness. I'm also some one that if I find something I like, I'll stick with it for a long time.
In terms of mascara, I have a few that I swear by. Here's my list:
1) BADgal Lash Mascara, by Benefit Cosmetics
This is amazing for when you are going out and you want a dramatic lash. It definitely has one of the largest wands I have seen on a mascara but it make your lashes go on for miles. I tend to rub my eyes a lot and of course it does smudge quite a bit but nonetheless, an fabulous mascara.
2) Lash Activator, by Cargo Cosmetics
I was actually given this mascara to me to try by a friend and I can't get enough out of it. It has specific ingredients that help make your lashes appear thicker and prevent them from falling out. I have to admit that I actually do notice the difference and my lashes DO appear thicker. It's also one of my favourites because I love the small wand. It makes it easy to apply and there's limited clumping.
3) LashBlast, by CovergirlThis mascara is easily recognized by it's bright orange tube but it's also an amazing mascara. Even though it's a drugstore brand, there's something about it that makes it better than some designer brands. I was skeptical about the shape of the wand at first but it makes your lashes look full yet natural. LashBlast would have to be my favourite everyday mascara.
